A massive exterior transformation on Lake Winnipesaukee in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. When we arrived at this lakefront property, the cedar shingles were heavily covered in mold and organic growth, and the previous semi-transparent stain had significantly faded. The homeowner wanted stronger protection and a beautiful, long-lasting finish, so they selected a darker semi-transparent walnut stain. Before applying the protective finish, our team thoroughly cleaned, prepared, revived, and refreshed the cedar shingles, bringing their natural beauty back to life. The restoration also included complete exterior trim painting, minor carpentry repairs, front-door and garage-door refinishing, semi-transparent staining and protective polyurethane on all railings and beams, and roof-shingle repairs completed while our crew was already on-site.
