On-site walkthrough to assess surfaces, identify rot or failing paint, and provide a complete written estimate.

Thorough Surface Washing
Soft-wash or pressure cleaning removes mildew, pollen, oxidation and chalking before any prep or paint begins.

Scraping, Sanding & Repairs
Failing paint removed, caulking reapplied, rot identified. Any carpentry repairs completed before we prime — because a beautiful finish over a compromised surface won't last.

Priming & Sealing
Appropriate primer for each substrate — bare wood, previously painted surfaces, masonry. The step most contractors skip; the step that makes the difference.
